ORDER STATUS

You can check your order status by visiting your order history in the My Orders section of the website. 

CAN ORDERS BE CANCELED?

Once an order is placed we are unable to cancel or modify it, unfortunately.

DAMAGED ITEMS OR ITEMS MISSING FROM A PACKAGE

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives to you in whole and undamaged. Please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date with any package issues.

If your order is damaged please take a picture of the package and hold onto the packaging as it may be needed for a claim.

MISSING ORDERS

If an order's tracking is marked delivered but you have not received the package, please take the following steps:​

  1. Check with your neighbors or front desk (if applicable) to see if the package was misdelivered.

  2. Reach out to your local post office. USPS is active and helpful on Twitter.

  3. Contact us at info@paperbuilt.com with your order number.

A lost shipment must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We are unable to assume responsibility for packages marked delivered by a third-party mail-forwarding facility or international carriers.

Please note that Paper Built is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
